Exploration on Practical Path of Labor Education for College Students Majoring in Design

新时代,深入开展大学生劳动教育是培育社会主义建设者和接班人的迫切要求。本文阐述了设计学类大学生劳动教育实践的价值意蕴,其有助于德育、智育、体育、美育的培养与提升。针对当前设计学类大学生劳动教育实践重劳动轻教育、重实践轻理论、重个人轻集体的三重困境,本文提出劳动教育与专业教育相融会、理论教学与实践教学相贯通、校内劳动实践与校外劳动实践相对接、综合性评价与具体性评价相融合,以期达到以劳育人促进学生的全面发展。

In the new era,it is an urgent requirement to develop college students'labor education in depth to cultivate socialist builders and successors.This paper expounds the value implication of the labor education practice of college students majoring in design,which is helpful to the cultivation and promotion of moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education.In view of the three dilemmas of the current labor education practice of college students majoring in design,namely,emphasizing labor over education,emphasizing practice over theory,and emphasizing individual over community,this paper puts forward that labor education should be integrated with professional education,theoretical teaching should be integrated with practical teaching,on-campus labor practice should be connected with off-campus labor practice,and comprehensive evaluation should be integrated with concrete evaluation,so as to achieve the goal of educating students through labor and promoting students'all-round development.
