课外辅导与学生学业成绩的关系研究

摘要 本文根据中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)2016年的数据,通过倾向得分匹配法研究孩子参加课外辅导的行为与其语文成绩或数学成绩的因果关系.研究发现,参加课外辅导的孩子比未参加课外辅导的孩子的语文成绩和数学成绩均显著更高,且数学成绩的优势更为突出.政府有必要对课外辅导机构进行治理,承担提高教育质量、改善教育不平等的责任,如切实提高学校教育质量,从源头上减少课外服务需求;继续严格管控公立学校在职教师,禁止其在校外从事课外辅导工作;对来自弱势家庭且学业成绩较差的学生提供额外的校内补课服务等.
