配套炼厂油气化制氢技术选择

SELECTION OF RESIDUE OIL GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGIES MATCHING WITH HYDROGEN PRODUCTION IN REFINERY

摘要 针对废热锅炉和激冷两大类型的油气化制氢技术,从工艺流程、配置、消耗、产出、制氢成本等方面进行综合比较分析。废热锅炉型气化与激冷型气化消耗、氢气成本基本相当,副产蒸汽和低位余热总焓值差别不大,各有适用范围。总体而言,激冷型气化与炼厂制氢匹配度更高。 In this paper,two types of oil gasifier of hydrogen production technologies were comprehensively compared and analyzed,from the aspects of process flow,configuration,consumption,output,and hydrogen production cost.The consumption and hydrogen cost of chilled gasification and waste boiler gasification were basically the same,and there was little difference between the total enthalpy of by-product steam and low waste heat.In general,chilled gasification has a better match with refinery hydrogen production.
