摘要 基于水煤浆水冷壁废热锅炉煤气化技术的合成氨厂运行数据,采用热量分析法,对整个煤气化系统和各个单元进行物料、能量衡算和能效分析。整体系统的有效能损失为21639.15 kW,其中气化单元的有效能损失最大,但由于采用辐射废热锅炉对高温合成气热量进行回收,有效能的损失比采用直接激冷流程的气化系统低,说明合成气的高温热量回收利用对系统的节能具有重要意义。 Based on data from the synthetic ammonia plant,which adopted coal water slurry gasification process combined membrane wall with waste boiler,thermal analysis method was used to calculate material and energy balance as well as energy efficiency analysis for the whole gasification system.The total energy loss of the system is 21639.41 kW.The maximum energy loss belongs to the gasification unit.Nevertheless the high temperature syngas heat was recovered by waste boiler.The effective energy loss is less than the gasification process using direct cooling system,which indicates that the high temperature syngas heat recovery and utilization has the most obvious effect on the system energy saving.
