摘要
以100万吨/年乙烷裂解装置为例,将包含气体分馏流程的炼化装置为主要研究目标,介绍一种采用耦合换热的方式,将汽轮机乏汽作为精馏塔再沸器热源,实现回收汽轮机乏汽低温余热的节能方法,总结该方法的经济和节能优势,并讨论影响汽轮机乏汽低温余热回收可行性的因素。
This paper introduced a coupled heat transfer method aiming at a 1 million t/a ethane cracking unit in a gas fractionation flow refinery plant.Waste gas from the steam turbine was used as heat source of rectifying column reboiler,which achieved the energy saving by recovering the heat of low temperature waste gas.The cost and the energy saving advantage were summarized,and the elements that impact on the feasibility for recovery the waste heat was discussed.
