摘要
针对目前材料管理系统内置的管理体系不符合实际管理现状、系统流程缺乏管控和跟踪环节、采购管理水平难以适应项目管理需求等问题,提出了基于模糊聚类的核电工程数据分析与处理方法。该方法以设备材料生命周期为主线,深入分析了采购管理相关业务的逻辑关联,优化数据处理流程并通过改进的模糊聚类核C值聚类算法提高数据处理的效率和准确度,实现功能较为完整的采购管理分类与信息化。经验证,所提方法可以有效提高采购管理的效率,实现集成应用与协同工作信息的共享,同时提高了数据处理的准确度,有效提升了核电工程项目对材料控制及采购管理业务的支撑能力。
In view of the problems that the management system built in the material management system does not conform to the actual management status,the lack of control and tracking links in the system process,and the procurement management level is difficult to meet the needs of project management,a nuclear power engineering data analysis and processing method based on fuzzy clustering algorithm is proposed. This method takes the life cycle of equipment and materials as the main line,deeply analyzes the logical association of procurement management related businesses,optimizes the data processing process,and improves the efficiency and accuracy of data processing through the improved fuzzy clustering core C-value clustering algorithm,and realizes the procurement management classification and informatization with more complete functions. It is verified that the proposed method can effectively improve the efficiency of procurement management,realize the sharing of integrated application and collaborative work information,improve the accuracy of data processing,and effectively enhance the support ability of nuclear power project for material control and procurement management business.
