基于SOA的产品全寿命周期管理模式的研究与实现

为了提升军工院所产品数据的全寿命周期管理能力,基于SOA架构利用Java、C++等语言搭建产品全寿命周期管理系统,该系统包括零部件管理、图纸/文档管理、流程管理、BOM管理、可视化管理、用户安全控制管理、变更管理、工艺管理等功能,实现了对产品数据的规范化管理。基于Web-service技术打通与企业资源管理系统、制造执行系统等数据壁垒,消除“数据孤岛”,实现对产品数据的协同设计。应用表明,该系统提高了军工院所对图文档信息化管理的水平,加强了技术状态管控,提高了设计工艺一体化能力。

In order to improve the full life-cycle management capability of military institutes’ product data,a product life-cycle management system was built based on SOA architecture using Java,C++ and other languages. The system includes graph document management, parts management, process management, BOM management, visual management, user safety control management, change management,process management and other functions,to achieve standardized management of product data. Based on Web-service technology,the data barriers between the system and the ERP system and the MES system are broken down to eliminate the‘data island’and realize the collaborative design of product data. the application shows that the system improves the level of information management of drawing documents,strengthens the control of technical status,and improves the integration ability of design process.
