摘要
目前研究的高速PCB板信号完整性检测方法存在检测耗时过长、检测完整性较低的问题,文中提出基于时间序列分析的高速PCB板信号完整性检测方法。建立分布网络模型,借助信号完整性分析工具对完整的超高速数据采集系统进行详细的时序分析和PCB模拟。通过对信号数据进行分析,得到高频电路信号传输的影响因素。对同源电路的时间序列进行分析,得出接收端时间序列的不等式,其满足信号完整性的时间序列要求。通过测量影响通道信号传输完整性的参数,并引入参数扫描法对各个参数进行扫描分析,完成完整性检测。实验结果表明,基于时间序列分析的高速PCB板信号完整性检测方法能够有效缩短检测时间,保证检测的完整性和有效性。
At present,the signal integrity detection methods of high-speed PCB board have the problems of long detection time and low detection integrity. A signal integrity detection method of high-speed PCB board based on time series analysis is proposed. With the help of signal integrity analysis tool,the timing analysis and PCB simulation of the whole ultra-high speed data acquisition system are carried out in detail. By analyzing the signal data,the influencing factors of high frequency circuit signal transmission are obtained. By analyzing the time series of the same source circuit,the inequality of the time series at the receiver is calculated,and the time series satisfying the signal integrity requirements is obtained. By measuring the parameters that affect the integrity of channel signal transmission,and introducing the parameter scanning method to scan and analyze each parameter,the integrity detection is completed. The experimental results show that the high-speed PCB board signal integrity detection method based on time series analysis can effectively shorten the detection time and ensure the effectiveness and integrity.
