摘要
蜂窝网络的流量分布随着时间和空间发生波动,导致部分基站当流量较低时利用率较低。虽然利用率较低,但是这些基站仍然需要消耗大量能量。现有的基站关闭技术大多根据基站的当前负载将基站关闭,以节省能量。然而,不仅基站负载会影响基站关闭的过程,也会影响关闭基站的次序(基站排序)。为此,该文研究了多种不同的基站排序准则,并将基站关闭问题建模为容量受限的集合覆盖问题,进而提出一种集中式贪婪相加算法,以满足节能需求。在城市小型基站评估场景下对所提算法进行了仿真,实验结果表明,与基于当前负载的排序策略相比,该文方案的节能效果更为明显。
The traffic distribution of cellular network fluctuates with time and space,resulting in low utilization of some base stations when the traffic is low. Although the utilization rate is low,these base stations still consume a lot of energy. The existing base station shutdown Technology mostly shuts down the base station according to the current load of the base station to save energy. However,not only the base station load will affect the process of base station shutdown,but also the order of base station shutdown(base station sequencing). Therefore,this paper studies a variety of different base station ranking criteria,models the base station shutdown problem as a set coverage problem with limited capacity,and then proposes a centralized greedy addition algorithm to meet the needs of energy saving. The proposed algorithm is simulated in the urban micro(UMI) evaluation scenario. The experimental results show that the energy-saving effect of this scheme is more obvious than the sorting strategy based on the current load.
