区域土地利用-能源消费-碳排碳汇与经济高质量协调发展程度分析——以新疆维吾尔自治区为例

Analysis on the coordinated development degree of regional land use-energy consumption-carbon emission/sink and high-quality economy:take Xinjiang as an example

随着双碳目标的提出,实现土地利用-能源消费-碳排碳汇耦合协调发展对区域经济高质量增长至关重要。以新疆维吾尔自治区(以下简称为新疆)为例,选取土地利用、能源消费、碳排碳汇及经济社会4个层级的指标数据,通过模糊Borda指数及耦合协调度模型对新疆土地利用、能源消费、碳排碳汇及经济社会发展进行研究,并分析两两之间的发展协调度。结果表明:(1)新疆土地利用、碳排碳汇两者之间的耦合度及发展协调度较高,达到良好耦合的水平;(2)土地利用与能源消费的发展协调度、能源消费与碳排碳汇的发展协调度目前仅处于初级耦合水平;(3)土地利用-能源消费-碳排碳汇与经济社会的协调度处于勉强耦合状态,各要素间协同程度低、尚未实现有效的正面组合,不能切实推动系统整体向前。

With the proposal of the double carbon goal, realizing the coupling and coordinated development of land use, energy consumption, carbon emission/sink is very important for high-quality growth of regional economy. Xinjiang was taken as an example, the author selected index data from four levels: land use, energy consumption, carbon emission/sink and economic and social development, studied the relationship between land use, energy consumption, carbon emission/sink and economic and social development in Xinjiang through fuzzy Borda index and coupling coordination degree model, and analyzed the development coordination degree among them. The results showed that:(1) the development coupling degree and coordination degree between land use and carbon emission/sink in Xinjiang were high, reaching a good coupling level;(2)at present, the development coordination degree of land use and energy consumption, energy consumption and carbon emission/sink was still at the primary coupling level;(3)the coordination between land use, energy consumption, carbon emission/sink and economy and society was in a state of barely coupling. The degree of synergy between various elements was low, and an effective positive combination had not been realized, which could not effectively promote the overall progress of the system.
