铁路营业线顶进框架桥两侧过渡段回填筑料的选取

摘要 针对铁路营业线顶进框架桥的过渡段回填筑料产生的病害,采用有限元分析软件midas GTS NX对营业线顶进框架桥两侧路桥过渡段换填材料分别采用级配碎石、C25混凝土、泡沫轻质混凝土时,进行三维数值模拟分析,从而选出路桥过渡段最佳回填筑料。模拟结果表明,当采用泡沫轻质混凝土作为过渡段回填筑料时,差异沉降最小,效果最好。现场监测数据证明了数值模拟的可靠性。 In view of the disease caused by the backfill materials for the transition section of the jacking frame bridge of the railway business line,the finite element analysis software midas-GTS NX is used to conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis when the graded crushed stone,C25 concrete and foam light concrete are used as the replacement materials for the transition section of the Road Bridge on both sides of the jacking frame bridge of the business line,so as to select the best backfill materials for the transition section of the outlet bridge.The simulation results show that when the lightweight concrete foam is used as the backfill material in the transition section,the differential settlement is the smallest and the effect is the best.Combined with the field monitoring data,it proves the reliability of the numerical simulation.
