从十九届五中全会开始,中国已经把数字经济与各个行业的实体经济紧密结合,使之成为推动工业转型、实现现代化的一个重要力量。国家发改委、科技部等十三个部委共同发布了《关于推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展的指导意见》,确定了预制施工与BIM技术是中国智能化建筑与工业化协同发展的一个重要组成部分。

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, China has closely integrated the digital economy with the real economy of various industries, making it an important force to promote industrial transformation and realize modernization. The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other 13 ministries and commissions jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Building and Building Industrialization, which determined that prefabricated construction and BIM technology are an important part of the coordinated development of intelligent building and industrialization in China.
