摘要
目的 探讨北京市石景山区免疫规划门诊疫苗存储冷链设备的容积。方法 对北京市石景山区2020年所有免疫规划门诊的疫苗冷链设备进行调查,计算各免疫规划门诊疫苗存储的冷链容积需要量(VCN)和1个月疫苗存储量的冷链容积匹配度(MVC)。结果 北京市石景山区2020年18家免疫规划门诊疫苗的冷藏容积共计14 500 L,平均805.56 L/门诊;冷冻容积1 554 L,平均86.33 L,总VCN为31 030.31 L,平均VCN为1 723.91 L/(门诊·年)。免疫规划门诊疫苗平均每月的MVC为5.61,全区单月MVC最高为64.31;最低为0.60(包含应急接种疫苗数),在不考虑应急接种情况下MVC最低为2.20,全区MVC均>2。结论 北京市石景山区2020年免疫规划门诊疫苗储存冷链设备容积充足,各接种单位应合理利用冷链设备,避免不必要的浪费,冷链物流应合理调整疫苗配送频率。
Objective To explore the capacity of vaccine-cold-chain equipment in EPI vaccination outpatients of Shijingshan district. Methods A survey was conducted on cold-chain equipment in all vaccination outpatients of Shijingshan district in 2020 to calculate Vaccine-cold-chain Capacity Need(VCN) and monthly Matching for Vaccine-cold-chain Capacity(MVC) of EPI vaccines in vaccination outpatients. Results In 2020,the refrigerated storage capacity of the 18 vaccination outpatients in Shijingshan district was 14 500 L,with an average of 805.56 L/outpatient, and the frozen storage capacity was 1 554 L,with an average of 86.33 L.The overall VCN was 31 030.31 L,with an average VCN of 1 723.91 L per outpatient per year.The monthly average MVC of EPI vaccination was 5.61,with a maximum of 64.31 and a minimum of 0.60 per month(including emergency vaccinations).The lowest MVC was 2.20,and the MVC of the whole district was all >2 without considering emergency vaccination. Conclusion The capacity of vaccine-cold-chain equipment in vaccination outpatients of Shijingshan district, Beijing city is adequate, which reminds vaccination outpatients to make rational use of cold-chain equipment to avoid unnecessary waste, and cold chain logistics to adjust the frequency of vaccine distribution.
