摘要
针对某机构中的驱动组合与非驱动组合的正常使用,提出了一种对其进行扭矩测量及其校准技术的方法,并对此进行了理论分析及仿真研究。在传动扭矩加载装置的条件下,采用数字PID位置式的控制方法,对扭矩特性测试中的电机扭矩进行了精确加载,测量系统采用经PID控制的电动制动器给置于高低温试验箱内部的驱动组合加载,转矩转速传感器在高低温试验箱外部检测驱动组合的输出扭矩和输出转速,并将结果传输给工控机,为软件计算机构驱动组合的传动效率提供数据,进而测试出主驱动组合在一定工作电压的情况下,不同负载所对应的工作效率曲线,从而对驱动组合的性能加以考核,并对其在PLC实现PID控制的实现方法进行了仿真分析研究。
A method of torque measurement and its calibration technique is proposed for the normal use of driven and non-driven combinations in a mechanism,and a theoretical analysis and simulation study are carried out.Under the conditions of the drive torque loading device,a digital PID position-based control method is used to accurately load the motor torque in the torque characteristic test.The measurement system uses a PID-controlled electric brake to load the drive combination placed inside the high and low temperature test chamber,and a torque speed sensor detects the output torque and output speed of the drive combination outside the high and low temperature test chamber and transmits the results to the results are transmitted to the industrial control computer,which provides data for the software to calculate the transmission efficiency of the drive combination,and then tests the efficiency curve of the main drive combination under a certain operating voltage,corresponding to different loads,so as to assess the performance of the drive combination,and the simulation analysis of its implementation method in the PLC to achieve PID control.
