In the new era,new types of corruption have posed new challenges to building the Party’s anti-corruption systems and measures that ensure officials “do not want to,are not able to,and do not dare to be corrupt”.In the fight against corruption in the new era,we must fully recognize the inadequacies of economic analysis,rational person hypothesis,and cost-benefit analysis in corruption governance.The control and eradication of corruption ultimately requires a zero-tolerance anti-corruption culture that is shaped by a combination of institutional and managerial means.Singapore is one of the cleanest countries in the world,and its clean government is considered one of the most important factors for the success of its economic and social development.The success of anti-corruption in Singapore is attributed to its zero-tolerance anti-corruption culture,which offers valuable experience to be studied and drawn upon.
