Automatic Monitoring System for Transmitter Station Based on Content Detection

对广播电视播出实施监控是安全播出的重要手段。大理州苍山电视转播台将节目传输设备、播出信号、机房动力环境等诸多监测对象作为整体考虑,构建基于TS over IP架构的、以播出内容检测为核心的自动监控系统,实现对设备、链路、信号的自动监控监测。实践表明,该系统大大减少了安全播出事故的发生,是建设“有人值守,无人值班”的智慧高山无线发射台成功范例。

Monitoring radio and television broadcasting is an important means of safe broadcasting.Dali prefecture Cangshan TV relay station considers many monitoring objects such as program transmission equipment,broadcast signals,and power environment in transmission room as a whole,and builds an automatic monitoring system based on TS over IP architecture with broadcast content detection as the core to realize real-time monitoring of equipment,links and signals.Practice has shown that the system has greatly reduced safety broadcast accidents,and is a successful example of constructing“manned,unattended”smart mountain radio transmitter.
