针刺电场疗法治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤常导致受损平面以下运动、感觉功能缺失,自主神经功能障碍及并发症,严重影响了患者的生存质量,目前尚无有效的临床治疗措施。研究表明,电场疗法可促进轴突再生,抑制损伤部位的炎症反应,减少星形胶质细胞数量,减轻胶质瘢痕增生及继发性损伤,从而有效促进脊髓神经功能恢复,为临床治疗脊髓损伤开辟了新的途径。现就近年来夹脊电场疗法与督脉电场疗法在脊髓损伤治疗应用中的研究进行综述,发现两种方法均可对脊髓损伤后神经功能恢复、内源物质产生、代谢等方面产生积极影响,针刺效应与电场效应的双重作用,为脊髓损伤患者的康复提供有效的治疗方法,能更好地促进患者康复。 Spinal cord injury(SCI)often leads to the loss of motor and sensory functions below the damaged section,autonomic nerve dysfunction and complications,which seriously affects life quality of the patients.At present,there is no effective clinical treatment for SCI.Studies have shown that electric field therapy can promote axonal regeneration,inhibit inflammatory response at the injured site,reduce the number of astrocytes,alleviate glial scar hyperplasia and secondary injury,so as to effectively promote the function recovery of spinal cord nerve and provide a new way for clinical treatment of SCI.This study reviewed the research progress of Jiaji electric field therapy and Du meridian electric field therapy in treatment of SCI in recent years.It is concluded that these two methods have a positive impact on recovery of nerve function,production and metabolism of endogenous substances after SCI.The dual combination of acupuncture effect and electric field effect provides effective treatment methods for the rehabilitation of the patients with SCI,which can better promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
