围绝经期肥胖的病因病机分析及临床研究进展

Etiology and Pathogenesis of Perimenopausal Obesity and Its Clinical Research Progress

围绝经期肥胖是指女性在进入围绝经期后,身体机能由盛转衰,因卵巢功能减退、雌激素分泌减少、内分泌紊乱等变化使得脂肪储存异常增加,从而导致肥胖的发生。围绝经期肥胖女性处于生理性转折阶段,除了形体肥胖的外在表现,亦常伴随烦躁易怒、心神不宁、烘热汗出等围绝经期综合征的症状。本病与心、肝、脾、肾诸脏关系密切,本虚标实,虚实夹杂,通过查阅有关文献资料,发现治疗方式多样,如穴位埋线、针刺、艾灸、耳穴压豆、方剂、药膳和传统功法等,且中医药疗法不仅能促进局部脂肪的消耗,缓解围绝经期综合征的症状,还能调节人体的体质,使人体阴阳平衡、气血和调。

Perimenopausal obesity refers to abnormal increase of fat storage due to changes in ovarian function,decreased estrogen secretion and endocrine disorders,thus leading to the occurrence of obesity.Perimenopausal obese women are in a physiological transition stage,so they often suffer from perimenopausal symptoms of irritability,restlessness and hot sweating in addition to the external manifestations of physical obesity.Perimenopausal obesity is closely related to disorders of Heart,Liver,Spleen and Kidney,it belongs to deficient root cause,excessive manifestation,and mixture of deficiency and excessiveness.By reviewing relevant literature,it is found that there are various TCM therapies for perimenopausal obesity,such as acupoint catgut embedding,acupuncture,moxibustion,auricular therapy,prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,medicated diet and traditional exercises.The therapies can not only promote fat consumption and relieve perimenopausal symptoms,but also can regulate body constitution,balance Yin and Yang and regulate Qi and blood.
