以水文巡、间测为主的测验方式是实现水文监测现代化、提高水文监测能力的必经之路。本文分析了水文巡测中常见的问题,如巡测工作过于复杂、巡测人员整体素养不理想等,并提出了多项处理对策,包括规范水文巡测工作流程、提升巡测人员整体素养、完善水文巡测管理机制体制、改善优化水文巡测仪器设备、开发和使用水文巡测应用软件等。

The test method based on hydrological survey and inter-testing is the only way to modernize hydrological monitoring and improve the capability of hydrological monitoring.This paper analyzes the common problems in hydrological survey,such as the overly complex surveywork and the unsatisfactory overall literacy of the survey personnel,and puts forward a number of countermeasures,including standardizing the workflow of hydrological survey,improving the overall literacy of the survey personnel,improving the management machanism and system of hydrological survey,improveing and optimizing the instruments and equipment of hydrological survey,and developing and using hydrological survey application software.
