基于灰色关联度法评价适于矿区废弃地生长的高羊茅萌发期抗旱性

Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Festuca arundinacea Varieties at Seed Germination Period Based on Grey Relational Grade Analysis

摘要 为筛选可用于尾矿植被恢复的高羊茅适栽品种,采用质量浓度为200 g/L的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液对8个高羊茅品种作模拟干旱胁迫处理,测定千粒重、胚芽长等11个指标,采用灰色关联度分析法评价不同品种种子的抗旱性能。结果表明,8个高羊茅品种抗旱性强弱依次为:凤凰、维加斯、易凯、锐步、天霸、新秀、凌志Ⅱ、探索者。凤凰抗旱评级为一级,高抗旱;维加斯和易凯抗旱评级为二级,抗旱;天霸、新秀、凌志Ⅱ和探索者抗旱评级为三级,中抗旱。因此,在贵州矿区废弃地植被恢复过程中优先推荐种植的高羊茅品种为凤凰,其次为维加斯。 In order to select some suitable varieties for tailings vegetation restoration, eight Festuca arundinacea seeds were treated with the simulated drought stress with 200 g/L polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000) solution. The 11 indexes such as thousand-grain weight and germ length were measured. The drought resistance of different varieties was evaluated by grey correlation analysis. The results showed that the order of drought resistance of eight Festuca arundinacea varieties from strong to weak was: Phoneix, Vegas, Easycare, Barrera, Tempo, Starlet, BarlexasII,Tracer. In aspect of resistance, Phoneix was evaluated as class 1 with high drought resistance, Vegas and Easycare were evaluated as class 2 with drought resistance, as well as Tempo, Starlet, Barlexas Ⅱ and Tracer were evaluated as class 3 with middle drought resistance, respectively. Therefore, Phoneix was the optimum selection in the process of vegatation restiration in mining wasteland in Guizhou, followed by vegas.
