摘要 高校新建校区内涵式发展的起点,是师资的建设,对于新校区的发展与生存至关重要。师资配置问题始终是高校发展异地校区首要面对的问题。组建一支高水平、结构合理的师资队伍和一支业务过硬、乐于奉献的管理队伍一直是异地办学难以解决的问题。影响高校异地新建校区师资发展的因素很多,诸如校区定位问题、校区所在地域问题、人才政策问题、管理激励问题、文化传承建设问题等等。该文着重从校区科研水平与学科建设方面对师资发展的影响分析入手,进而提出解决的思路。 The starting point of connotative development of new campus in colleges and universities is the construction of teachers,which is very important for the development and survival of new campus.The allocation of teachers has always been the primary problem for colleges and universities to develop non-local campuses.It has always been a difficult problem to establish a high level,reasonable structure of teachers and a professional,dedicated management team.There are many factors that affect the development of teachers in new campuses in different places of colleges and universities,such as the positioning of campuses,the location of campuses,talent policies,management incentives,cultural heritage and construction,and so on.This paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of the scientific research level and discipline construction of the campus on the development of teachers,and then puts forward solutions.
