急性软组织运动损伤处理理念的更新与思考

摘要 该文采用文献资料法,探索急性软组织运动损伤处理方法,由ICE、RICE、PRICE、POLICE到推荐的PEACE+LOVE,处理理念的转变和康复方法的提升,目的是促进急性软组织运动损伤患者尽早康复。PEACE&LOVE由过去单纯关注治疗受伤部位的局部,发展到治疗受伤病人的整体,符合现代康复医学和现代运动医学的理念。在具体处理方法上,要避免使用抗炎药,避免使用冰敷,积极开展康复教育和心理疏导,使伤者心情愉悦地接受治疗和康复。期待运动队队医、临床医生等相关人员,积极开展新理念和新技术的临床实践应用、研究和推广。 By using the method of literature,the paper explores the treatment methods of acute soft tissue sports injury from ICE,RICE,PRICE,POLICE to the recommended PEACE+LOVE update,and the change of treatment concept and the improvement of rehabilitation methods.The purpose is to promote the early rehabilitation of patients with acute soft tissue sports injury.PEACE&LOVE has developed from simply focusing on the local treatment of injured parts in the past to the overall treatment of injured patients.Its concept is in line with the concepts of modern rehabilitation medicine and modern sports medicine.In terms of specific treatment methods,we should avoid the use of anti-inflammatory drugs and ice compress,and actively carry out rehabilitation education and psychological counseling to make the injured feel happy to receive treatment and rehabilitation.It is expected that the sports team doctors,clinicians and other relevant personnel will actively carry out the clinical application,research and promotion of new concepts and technologies.
