摘要
核心力量训练是一种提高学生篮球运动能力的有效方法。该文基于核心力量训练的实践,对高校篮球课程中的核心力量训练内容进行了分析,并以西安体育学院篮球专项学生为调查对象,综合分析了核心力量对篮球训练的作用,提出了篮球运动员核心力量训练的具体方法。结合学生训练实况,针对日常的训练流程,列出了提高篮球运动员训练效果的有效措施,为强化高校学生身体素质,提升学生篮球运动能力提供一种行之有效的方法。
Core strength training is an effective method to improve students'basketball ability.Based on the practice of core strength training,this paper analyzes the content of core strength training in college basketball courses.Taking the basketball students of Xi'an Physical Education University as the investigation object,it comprehensively analyzes the role of core strength in basketball training,and puts forward the specific methods of basketball players'core strength training.Combined with the actual situation of students'training,aiming at the daily training process,this paper lists effective measures to improve the training effect of basketball players,and provides an effective method for strengthening the physical quality of college students and improving their basketball ability.
