体育强国建设背景下体育师范生专业承诺变化研究

Research on Professional Commitment of Sports Normal Students under the Background of Sports Power Construction

该文对体育师范生专业承诺心理进行再研究,为高等教育决策者提供精确预警信息,为高校开展稳定大学生专业思想教育工作提供理论依据。使用《体育教育专业大学生专业承诺量表》对现今体育师范专业学生进行调查,并将获取的数据与笔者2006年调查的数据对比分析。结果显示,2006年体育师范专业学生的专业承诺水平以及经济承诺、情感承诺、规范承诺三维度得分均低于现今学生,且存在显著性差异。可知,党的十八大以来,通过以习近平同志为核心的党中央对体育工作的正确领导和精心决策部署,体育师范专业学生对其所学专业有了高度的认同感、责任感和使命感。

This paper makes a re-study the professional commitment psychology of normal university students in physical education,provide accurate early warning information for higher education decision-makers,and provide theoretical basis for student workers to carry out stable professional ideological education of college students.Using the Professional Commitment Scale for College Students Majoring in Physical Education to investigate the current students majoring in PE Teachers,and compare the data obtained with the data investigated by the author in 2006.The results show that the professional commitment level and the three-dimensional scores of economic commitment,emotional commitment and normative commitment of physical education normal students in 2006 are lower than those of today's students,and there are significant differences.
