摘要
青少年进行适当的体育运动对身心发展有益。激烈的对抗是篮球运动的特性,但会对身体造成一定的损伤,受伤情况的出现会影响青少年的身心健康,从而影响篮球运动的发展。研究如何预防运动损伤十分必要。通过一般的体能训练来预防运动损伤,对于青少年而言,不具有针对性。因此,将功能性体能训练引入对青少年运动损伤预防的研究尤为重要。该文运用了文献资料法,对近5年内关于青少年篮球运动损伤的现状和体能训练预防运动损伤的文献进行梳理和总结,分析了运动损伤的发生情况以及运动损伤的部位和原因,并对功能性体能训练进行针对性研究分析,探索出适合青少年的训练方法,进而预防篮球运动损伤。
Appropriate sports are beneficial to the physical and mental development of teenagers.However,fierce confrontation is the characteristics of basketball,fierce confrontation will cause certain sports injury to the body,the emergence of injury will affect the physical and mental health of teenagers,thus affecting the development of basketball.So it is necessary to study how to prevent sports injury.Through general physical training to prevent sports injury,for teenagers,it is not targeted enough.Therefore,it is particularly important to introduce functional physical training into the research on the prevention of juvenile sports injury.Using the method of literature,this paper combs and summarizes the articles on the current situation of sports injury and physical training to prevent sports injury in recent five years.The occurrence,location and cause of sports injury were analyzed.And targeted research and analysis of functional physical training are made,to explore training methods suitable for teenagers,to prevent sports injury caused by basketball.
