摘要
我国体操运动在短短几十年间,取得了非常可观的发展成果,并在国际赛事中屡获佳绩,这与科学的运动训练是密不可分的。运动爆发力是运动员必备的基本素质,在体操运动项目中也不例外。该文采用文献资料法,对爆发力在体操训练中的重要性展开研究。研究认为,在体操训练中开展爆发力训练,可以提升体操运动员的体能素质,提升体操运动员的运动水平,提升体操运动员的耐力等。建议:在体操训练中应选择合理的训练方法,加强基础运动训练和专业运动训练,加强负荷运动训练等来提升运动员的爆发力,以有效促进我国体操事业的健康长远发展。
China's gymnastics has achieved considerable development achievements in just a few decades,and has repeatedly made great achievements in international competitions,which is inseparable from the scientific sports training in China.Sports explosive power is the essential quality of athletes,in gymnastics is no exception.For this reason,the paper uses the literature and data method and other research methods to study the importance of explosive power in gymnastics training.The research shows that carrying out explosive force training in gymnastics training can improve the physical quality of gymnasts,improve their sports level,and improve their endurance.Suggestions:In gymnastics training,we should reasonably select training methods,strengthen basic sports training,strengthen professional sports training,and strengthen load sports training to enhance the explosive power of athletes,so as to effectively promote the healthy and long-term development of China's gymnastics training cause.
