摘要 举重作为奥运会竞赛中的一个大项,在竞技体育全面普及的背景下,越来越受到人们的关注和支持。要想更加流畅和稳定地完成动作,强大的身体力量是基础。因此,在举重训练中,力量练习占据着重要的位置。要求教练员针对以往训练中存在的不足之处,主动了解运动员的运动需要,围绕需求变化,调整训练的内容和方法,以更具有实效性的训练活动,增加运动员参与的积极性,并保持运动员身体的良好状态,收获更好的训练效果。 As a major event in the Olympic Games,weightlifting has attracted more and more attention and support under the background of the comprehensive popularization of competitive sports.Strong physical strength is the foundation for smooth and steady movements.Therefore,strength training occupies an important position in weightlifting training.Coaches are required to take the initiative to understand the athletes'sports needs in view of the shortcomings existing in the previous training,adjust the training contents and methods around the demand changes,so as to more timely training activities,increase the enthusiasm of athletes to participate,maintain the good state of athletes'body and harvest better training results.
