摘要
长沙机场改扩建工程停车楼为大跨度、大空间、高承载力设计要求的建筑物,工程建设周期短、经济环保要求高,采用高周转定型模壳现浇密肋楼盖施工技术对其楼面层进行施工。结果表明,该技术具有施工便捷、工期短、混凝土梁板成型和观感质量好、降低成本、环保节能等优点,大大提高了该项目施工工业化水平和施工速度,节约了施工资源,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
The parking building of Changsha Airport expansion project is a kind of building with large span,large space and high load⁃bearing capacity design requirements.The construction period of the project is short and the economic and environmental requirements are high.For these reasons,the project adopts the construction technology of cast⁃in⁃place ribbed floor cover high⁃turnover shaped formwork shell for its floor layer.The results show that this technology has the advantages of convenient construction,high work efficiency,short construction period,good quality of concrete beam and plate forming and appearance,low cost,environmental protection and energy saving,which greatly improves the construction industrialization level and construction speed of the project,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
