摘要
基于同步切割浇筑混凝土连续墙技术及工艺原理,开展了钢筋笼设计、理论模型建立及现场钢筋笼后置验证试验研究。根据工艺要求设计钢筋笼,并建立理论模型及参数推导,通过理论模型计算与现场验证试验进行对比。重点分析了钢筋笼倾斜角度、贯入速度和混凝土的流变特性对钢筋笼贯入阻力的影响。
Based on the construction technology of synchronous cutting and pouring concrete wall,the design of reinforcement cage,the establishment of theoretical model and experimental study were carried out.The reinforcement cage is designed according to the process requirements,the theoretical model calculation was compared with the field verification test on the basis of the theoretical model and parameter derivation.The effects of inclination angle of reinforcement cage,penetration velocity and rheological properties of concrete on penetration resistance of reinforcement cage were discussed.
