摘要
装配式墙板安装作为装配式建筑施工过程中的重要环节,直接决定装配式建筑的质量。为提高装配式墙板安装精度及效率,降低安全事故发生率,提出一种装配式墙板正交组合定位吊装施工技术。通过分析背景工程施工重难点,详细介绍了预制墙板定位放线、定位工具放线、定位工具固定、预制墙板吊装就位、拆除定位工具、预制墙板固定等施工工艺。该技术可有效提高装配式墙板安装的精度及效率,同时降低传统装配式墙板施工过程中的安全隐患。
As an important link in the construction process of prefabricated buildings,the installation of prefabricated wall panels directly determines the quality of prefabricated buildings.In order to improve the installation accuracy and efficiency of prefabricated wall panels and reduce the incidence of safety accidents,an orthogonal combination positioning and hoisting construction technology of prefabricated wall panels is proposed.By analyzing the background engineering construction difficulties,the prefabricated wall panels positioning and laying out,positioning tool laying out and fixation,prefabricated wall panels hoisting in place,removal of positioning tools,prefabricated wall panels fixation are introduced in detail.This technology can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of the installation of prefabricated wall panels,and at the same time reduce the hidden safety hazards in the construction process of traditional prefabricated wall panels.
