摘要
基于轻量化的X射线机和数字成像技术,开展工程竹结构内部缺陷和自攻螺钉检测方法研究。通过归一化灰度值差异判定内部缺陷边界、自攻螺钉钻入深度及钻入角度等。检测结果表明,胶合竹缺陷区域归一化灰度值接近1.0,完好区域归一化灰度值基本<0.45;重组竹缺陷区域归一化灰度值接近1.0,完好区域归一化灰度值基本<0.60;归一化灰度值差异基本可作为工程竹结构内部缺陷判别依据。X射线数字成像法可准确反映重组竹和胶合竹内部自攻螺钉钻入深度、钻入角度和相对位置。
This paper presents the results of an experimental study on internal defect and self-tapping screw identification of engineering bamboo based on lightweight X-ray machine and digital imaging technology.Through the difference of normalized gray value,the internal defect boundary and the drilling depth and drilling angle of self-tapping screw were determined.The test results show that the normalized gray value of defect region of laminated bamboo was close to 1.0,and the normalized gray value of the intact region was usually less than 0.45.The normalized gray value of defect region of bamboo scrimber was close to 1.0,and the normalized gray value of the intact region was usually less than 0.60.The difference of the normalized gray values can be used as the basis for the assessment of the internal defects of the engineering bamboo.The X-ray digital radiography method can accurately describe the drilling depth,drilling angle and relative position of the self-tapping screws.
