摘要 针对某6层钢筋混凝土框架结构顶部宴会厅钢-混凝土组合屋盖坍塌事故,结合现场调查与检测鉴定结果,从计算模型、主钢梁拼接节点、主钢梁布置及滑动支座设计施工等方面剖析了事故原因,并提出设计优化建议。研究结果表明,设计屋盖做法超载是诱发坍塌事故的原因之一;原设计将混凝土柱-实腹钢梁结构体系按门式刚架设计,导致主钢梁拼接节点设计存在问题,是导致本次坍塌事故的直接原因;滑动支座设计与施工存在问题,也是诱发坍塌事故的原因之一。 Aiming at the collapse accident of a steel-concrete composite roof of a banquet hall on the top of a 6-story reinforced concrete frame structure,combined with the field investigation,inspection and appraisal results,the cause of the accident is analyzed from the aspects of calculation model,main beam splicing nodes,main steel beam layout,design and construction of the sliding bearings,and suggestions for design optimization are put forward.The research results show that roof overload is one of the causes of the collapse accident.In the original design,the structural system with concrete column-steel beam was designed as a gabled frame,and then the design problems of main steel beam splicing nodes were the direct cause of this collapse accident.In addition,the problems in the design and construction of sliding bearings are also one of the causes of collapse accidents.
