摘要
结合广东太平岭核电站施工实践,综合考虑现有设备无法满足预应力浆体高匀质性及高流动性要求,对高流动度预应力水泥浆涡轮式搅拌机组应用进行研究。介绍搅拌机组设计原则、主要技术、模块功能设计、制备工艺等,通过浆体研究性试验、上机试验及小比例灌浆模拟试验,验证了该搅拌机组满足施工需求且施工质量良好。
Combined with the construction practice of Guangdong Taipingling Nuclear Power Plant and considering that the existing equipment can not meet the requirements of high homogeneity and high fluidity of prestressed slurry,the application of high fluidity prestressed cement slurry turbo stirring unit is studied.The design principle,main technology,module function design and preparation process of the stirring unit are introduced.Through slurry research test,machine test and small-scale grouting simulation test,it is verified that the stirring unit meets the construction requirements and the construction quality is good.
