摘要
针对核电站外安全壳穹顶混凝土模板安装精度、承载力及变形要求高的客观需求,综合考虑场地、经济性、施工便利性等因素,对原位拼装超大双曲面免拆钢模作为外安全壳穹顶混凝土模板的应用进行分析研究。实践表明,原位拼装超大双曲面钢模施工技术的应用,使外安全壳穹顶混凝土模板施工速度快、安装方便、精度高、调节灵活、绿色环保,在满足设计质量要求的基础上,施工效率得到了有效提升。
In view of the objective requirements of high installation accuracy,great bearing capacity and strict deformation tolerance on concrete formwork for the outer containment dome in nuclear power plant,comprehensively considering the factors such as the environment,the economy and the construction convenience,the application of the super large in-situ assembled hyperboloid steel lost formwork as the concrete formwork for the dome of the outer containment is analyzed.The practice shows that the application of the construction technology of super large in-situ assembled hyperboloid steel formwork makes the construction of the concrete formwork for the dome of the outer containment having the advantages of fast construction speed,convenient installation,high accuracy,flexible adjustment and greenness,significantly improving the construction effectivity on the basis of meeting the design requirements.
