防甩击悬挑混凝土牛腿施工技术

摘要 结合项目建设整体安排,充分利用施工现场作业环境,为保证在结构施工期间的核岛厂房北侧与常规岛厂房之间7m宽间隙主通道正常通行、安装物项材料转运与设备的引入,经施工逻辑分析、比选优化,7m宽间隙防甩击悬挑混凝土牛腿选用钢柱支撑平台。实践表明,钢柱支撑平台、塔架支撑平台的应用有效提高了安全系数,实现了土建施工与安装施工一体化的共同目标,提前完成了牛腿施工任务,缩减了施工工期,降低了建设成本。 In combination with the overall arrangement of the project construction and making full use of the working environment on the construction site,in order to ensure the normal passage of the main channel with a gap of 7 m between the north side of the nuclear island plant and the conventional island plant during the structural construction,the transfer of installation materials and the introduction of equipment,through the construction logic analysis,comparison and optimization,the 7 m gap anti swing cantilever concrete corbel adopts the steel column support platform,and the factory landlord Tower support platform is adopted for anti swing and impact cantilevered concrete corbels on both sides of the west.Practice shows that the application of steel column support platform and tower support platform effectively improves the safety factor,realizes the common goal of integrating civil construction and installation construction,completes the corbel construction task in advance,reduces the construction period and reduces the construction cost.
