摘要
安全厂房牛腿下部底模支撑选用盘扣式脚手架支撑体系,各牛腿底模支撑之间通过搭设满堂支撑架的方式连接成整体并作为牛腿施工堆载平台。满堂支撑架上部荷载大,对架体承载力要求高;搭设范围广,受限于盘扣式脚手架模数要求,搭设难度大。三角桁架作为关键的传力构件,加工及安装精度均要求较高,施工难度大,现场布置应严格按方案规定执行。详细介绍施工部署,从施工准备、测量放线、三角桁架制作及安装、盘扣式脚手架搭设方面阐述施工工艺流程。实践表明,盘扣式脚手架+三角桁架的支撑体系保证了现场施工安全与质量。
The bottom formwork support of the lower part of safety workshop corbel adopts the disk lock scaffold support system.The bottom formwork supports of each corbel are connected as a whole by erecting a full hall support frame and serve as a loading platform for bracket construction.The load on the upper part of the full support frame is large,and the requirements for the bearing capacity of the frame body are high.The erection range is wide,and the erection is difficult due to the modulus requirements of the disk lock scaffold.As a key force transmission component,the triangular truss requires high processing and installation accuracy,and the construction is difficult.The site layout shall be carried out in strict accordance with the scheme.The construction deployment is introduced in detail,and the construction process is described from the aspects of construction preparation,surveying and setting out,fabrication and installation of triangular truss,and erection of disk lock scaffold.The practice shows that the support system of disk lock scaffold+triangular truss ensures the safety and quality of on-site construction.
