摘要
大跨度钢结构空间张弦桁架施工存在安全及安装精度控制难等难题。为保证钢结构工程施工全过程精细化控制,设计1套基于无线传输的复杂钢结构全生命周期健康监测与预警系统。在工程施工前期,建立钢结构模型,结合现场施工工艺,模拟不同工况下关键节点受力情况。施工过程中对关键节点进行应力实时监测,同时与前期模拟计算结果进行比对分析,并结合设计参数设立了三级应力预警系统。经过分析比对可知,前期对结构进行模拟计算可在施工过程中对工程进行有效安全指导,健全的监测预警系统可为工程整体安全提供保障。
The construction of large-span steel structure spatial truss string is difficult to control the safety and installation accuracy.In order to ensure the fine control of the whole process of steel structure construction,a set of life cycle health monitoring and early warning system for complex steel structures based on wireless transmission is designed.In the early stage of project construction,a steel structure model is established to simulate the stress of key joints under different working conditions in combination with the on-site construction technology.During the construction process,the stress of key joints is monitored in real time.At the same time,the results are compared with the previous simulation calculation results.A three-level stress early warning system is established in combination with the design parameters.Through a series of analysis and comparison,it can be seen that the simulation calculation of the structure in the early stage can provide effective safety guidance for the project during the construction process,and a sound monitoring and early warning system can provide guarantee for the overall safety of the project.
