摘要
地表堆载会导致埋地管道受力变形,为分析地表堆载对油气管道的影响规律,建立土体-管道相互作用的三维有限元模型。研究了地表堆载的大小、管道埋深、堆载体-管道水平距离对埋地管道力学状态和变形特征的影响。结果表明:堆载重量越大、管道埋深越浅、堆载体-管道水平距离越小,管道受力和变形越大,除此之外,管道力学状态及变形与堆载体的尺寸密切相关。
The surface loading will lead to the stress and deformation of the buried pipeline.in order to analyze the influence of the surface loading on the oil and gas pipeline,a three-dimensional finite element model of soil-pipeline interaction is established in this paper.The effects of the size of surface loading,the buried depth of the pipeline,and the horizontal distance between stack carrier and pipeline on the mechanical state and deformation characteristics of the buried pipeline are studied.The results show that the greater the loading weight,the shallower the buried depth of the pipeline,and the smaller the horizontal distance between the loading and the pipeline,the greater the force and deformation of the pipeline.In addition,the mechanical state and deformation of the pipeline are closely r elated to the size of the loading.
