摘要
随着全国住宅产业化建筑的持续推广和应用,装配式预制剪力墙结构形式的多层、高层建筑不断涌现,装配式建筑的施工技术得到较为全面的普及施工。同时伴随着有关装配式建筑施工的新技术不断涌现,一部分传统的施工工艺已无法有效的满足装配式建筑施工需要,特别是传统支撑体系与新型装配式建筑融合施工无法有效衔接,导致部分施工成本特别是人力成本的增加,为解决此问题项目根据工程特点分析,研制了一种能够有效利用装配式预制剪力外墙结构的型钢卸料平台,既保留原有现浇结构的支撑模式,又能有效提高支撑材料的倒运速率。
With the continuous promotion and application of residential industrialized buildings in China,multi-storey and high-rise buildings in the form of prefabricated shear wall structure continue to emerge,and the construction technology of prefabricated buildings has been comprehensively popularized.At the same time,with the continuous emergence of new technologies related to prefabricated building construction,some traditional construction technologies can’t effectively meet the needs of prefabricated building construction,especially the integration construction of traditional support system and new prefabricated building can’t be effectively connected,resulting in the increase of some construction costs,especially labor costs.In order to solve this problem,the project is analyzed according to the engineering characteristics,A section steel unloading platform which can effectively use the prefabricated shear wall structure is developed,which not only retains the support mode of the original cast-in-situ structure,but also effectively improves the transportation rate of support materials.
