摘要
EPC模式相对于传统的DBB模式来讲,会获得较高的投资回报,因此是企业进行项目管理的有效选择。从项目总承包企业的角度出发,以工程项目范围管理的成熟度为重点,研究总承包模式下的项目管理能力,构建了EPC模式下的工程项目范围管理成熟度模型,并对项目指标进行了解释,最后提出了评价方法,以期能够为工程项目管理提供一些参考借鉴。
Compared with the traditional DBB mode,EPC mode could obtain higher investment return,so it is an effective choice for enterprises to carry out project management.From the perspective of project general contracting enterprises,focusing on the maturity of project scope management,this paper researched the project management capability under the general contracting mode,structured the maturity model of project scope management under the EPC mode,and explained the project indicators,finally put forward the evaluation method,in order to provide some reference for project management.
