品管圈教学模式评估CAI课件在脑血管解剖教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察品管圈教学模式结合CAI课件在脑血管解剖教学中的影响效果,旨在为脑血管解剖教学提出新的教学管理方法提供参考。方法 以本校2020级临床医学专业学生40名学生为对照组,另选2021级临床医学专业学生40名学生为观察组,其中对照组采取传统常规教学,观察组组建品管圈小组,通过“头脑风暴”的方式确定主题,通过品管方式,分析影响脑血管解剖教学质量的成因,拟定对策,评价对策实施效果。结果 观察组理论知识、操作技能得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在学习注意力、学习效率、学习主动性、解决问题能力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在评判性思维、积极性、学习效率、团队精神、检索文献能力、脑力开发组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在品管圈活动举办过程中,品管圈成员在QCC手法上逐渐成熟,脑力激荡、沟通充分,富有团队精神,活动参与度高。结论 将教学品管圈模式应用在脑血管解剖教学中能够提高学生理论知识成绩、操作技能得分,提高教学效果,综合性的提高学生综合素质,效果满意。 Objective To observe the influence effect of quality-control-circle teaching model combined with CAI courseware in the teaching of cerebrovascular anatomy, aiming to provide a reference for put forward new teaching management methods in the teaching of cerebrovascular anatomy.Methods 40 students majored in clinical medicine of grade 2020 in Wanbei Health Vocational College were selected as control group, another 40 students majored in clinical medicine of grade 2021 were selected as the observation group. Students in control group adopted traditional teaching model. Quality control circle was established in the observation group, and theme was determined through "brainstorming", analyzing the causes affecting the teaching quality of cerebrovascular anatomy via quality control circle, and then formulate countermeasures, and assess the effects of the countermeasures.Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores of observation group were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). Learning attention, learning efficiency, learning autonomy, problem solving ability of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). There were statistically significant difference in judgment thinking, enthusiasm, learning efficiency, team spirit, literature retrieval ability and mental development between the two groups(P<0. 05). In the process of holding the quality control circle activities, the members are gradually mature in QCC techniques, the members were brainstorming, fully communication, rich in team spirit, and highly participated in the activity.Conclusions The application of the teaching QCC model in teaching of cerebrovascular anatomy could improve students’ theoretical knowledge achievement and operation skill score, improve teaching effect, improve their comprehensive quality and its effects id satisfied.
