慕课联合情境教学在护理学基础课程教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨慕课联合情境教学在护理学基础课程教学中的应用效果,希望为构建护理学基础课程的慕课教学模式提供有效参考。方法 择取与护理学基础课程相关的典型情境案例,通过整群抽样选取本校护理学院2020级3年制护理大专8班和10班学生作为教学对象,随机分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各72名。对照组采用PPT、图片和相关视频等传统方式开展授课;研究组在采用传统教学方式的基础上,将情境教学和慕课融入贯穿授课始终。待教学结束后,参照护理学基础课程大纲要求对两组护生进行闭卷理论考试、护理学基础技能操作考核和教学效果问卷调查。结果 相较于对照组,研究组护生不论在护理学基础知识掌握度、知识应用能力还是在护理学基础操作步骤、熟练度等方面表现均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生理论成绩(82.31±8.05)分,显著高于对照组的(79.28±7.85)分(t=2.285,P=0.024);技能考核成绩(85.38±6.42)分,显著高于对照组的(81.94±5.69)分(t=3.393,P=0.001)。结论 慕课联合情境教学能充分激发护生学习的内生动力,有效提高护理学基础课程的教学效果,对于学生自主学习能力的培养、护理水平的提升、综合素质的养成具有实践性意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of MOOC combined with situational teaching in the teaching of basic nursing courses, hoping to provide an effective reference for the construction of MOOC teaching mode of basic nursing courses.Methods The typical situational cases related to the basic courses of nursing were selected. Firstly, 3-year Junior college nursing students of class 8 and class 10 of grade 2020 were selected as teaching objects by cluster sampling, and then they were randomly divided into control group and research group, 72 students in each group. Among them, the control group adopted traditional methods such as PPT, pictures and related videos. On the basis of traditional teaching methods, the research group also integrated situational teaching and MOOC into the whole teaching process. After the teaching, according to the requirements of the basic course syllabus of nursing, the two groups of nursing students were given the closed book theory examination, the operation examination of basic nursing skills and the questionnaire survey of teaching effect.Results Compared with the control group, the nursing students in the research group were precede in terms of mastery of basic nursing knowledge, knowledge application ability, basic nursing operation skills and proficiency, and the differences were statistically significant. The results showed that the theoretical score of the study group(82.31±8.05) was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.28±7.85)(t=2.285, P=0.024), and the skill assessment score of research group(85.38±6.42) was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.94±5.69)(t=3.393, P=0.001). Conclusions MOOC combined with situational teaching could fully stimulate the endogenous motivation of nursing students’ learning and effectively improve the teaching effect of basic nursing courses. It has practical significance for the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability, the improvement of nursing ability and the cultivation of comprehensive quality.
