阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with budesonide suspension inhalation in treating children with chronic sinusitis

目的 探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法 选择2020年7月—2021年6月本院收治的儿童鼻窦炎70例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各35例。实验组采用序贯疗法及吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法及糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。两组连续治疗2周后,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 实验组治疗效果优于对照组,且治疗总有效率(94.3%)高于对照组(77.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿对各症状的主观感受(VAS)评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组评分均有所降低,且实验组各VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患儿各症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05),且在治疗有效的患儿(实验组33例、对照组27例)中,实验组患儿各症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 阿莫西林克拉维酸钾序贯疗法联合布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童鼻窦炎,可明显改善症状,并缩短症状缓解时间,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with budesonide suspension in children with sinusitis.Methods Seventy children with sinusitis those were admitted to the hospital during July 2020 and June 2021 were enrolled in the study, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with sequential therapy plus budesonide suspension for inhalation, while the control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy plus mometasone furoate nasal spray. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate(94.3%) was higher than that of the control group(77.1%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the subjective feeling(visual analogue scale, VAS) scores of the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of both groups were reduced, and the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The improvement rate of symptoms in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Among the children achieved effective treatment(33 in the experimental group and 27 in the control group), the time of symptom relief in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with budesonide suspension applied in children with sinusitis could significantly improve the symptoms, shorten the time of symptom relief and improve the treatment effect.
