游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在口腔颌面组织缺损修复中的研究进展

Research progress on apply flap of dissociated peroneal artery perforator in the repair of oral and maxillofacial defects

穿支皮瓣对于修复口腔颌面组织的缺损无论是外形还是功能方面均较其他类型皮瓣拥有更多优点。游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣目前是除股前外侧穿支皮瓣又一应用于口腔颌面组织缺损修复的常用皮瓣。本文就游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣在口腔颌面组织缺损修复中的临床研究进展予以综述。

Perforator flap has more advantages than other kinds of flap in terms of shape and function in the defect repair of oral and maxillofacial tissue. Free perforator flap of peroneal artery is a common flap used in oral and maxillofacial reconstruction except the anterolateral femoral perforator flap. At present, it has been widely used in clinical research by physicians in our department. This article reviews the clinical progress of free peroneal perforator flap in repairing oral and maxillofacial tissue defects.
