摘要 布鲁氏杆菌病是人畜共患的传染病之一,严重危害人类健康和世界公共卫生安全,并对畜牧业发展造成巨大影响。目前,对于布鲁氏杆菌病尚无有效的治疗方法,只能通过诊断和作好相关生物安全措施来减少布鲁氏杆菌病的传播。本文阐述了牛羊布鲁氏杆菌病诊断技术,提出建立规模化养殖场生物安全体系,以加强养殖场的生物安全。 Brucellosis is one of the zoonotic infectious diseases,which seriously endangers human health and world public health security,and has great impacts on the development of livestock husbandry development.Unfortunately,there is no effective treatment for brucellosis.Only the diagnosis and related biological safety can be carried out to reduce its spread.In this paper,the diagnosis technology of brucellosis in cattle and sheep was elaborated and the establishment of bio-safety system was put forward for the large-scale farms to strengthen the biological safety of farms.
