基于ARCGIS的“两违”监管平台的研究——以昌江黎族自治县为例

Research on Monitoring Platform of“Two Violations”Based on Arcgis——Take Changjiang Li Autonomous County for Example

通过分析“两违”传统调查模式存在的问题,并就昌江黎族县“两违”调查实际操作流程做了简单的叙述并展示“两违”调查结果。为了后续“两违”智能化及时效性,主要通过研究卫星遥感手段获取“两违”用地,辅以Web端和App端相结合的方式建设“两违”监管平台,有效减轻了“两违”集中整治带来的压力。“两违”在昌江黎族自治县具体实施过程中有效地解决了公平性、保护了居民生命和财产安全,提高了城市综合竞争力,同时体现了高新科技在新时代监管体系中的高效、快速、便捷及精准的优势。

Based on the analysis of the problems in the traditional investigation mode of“Two violations”,this paper gives a brief account of the actual operation process of the investigation of“Two violations”in Li People County and shows the results of the investigation.In order to make the two violations more intelligent and timely,this paper mainly studies the satellite remote sensing method to acquire the“Two violations”land,and builds the“Two violations”supervision platform by combining the Web end with the APP end,it effectively alleviates the pressure brought about by the centralized regulation of“Two violations”.The“Two violations”have effectively solved the problems of fairness,protected the lives and property of residents,and enhanced the overall competitiveness of the city in the process of Changjiang Li Autonomous County implementation,at the same time,it reflects the high-paying technology in the new era of the regulatory system,efficient,fast,convenient and accurate advantages.
