摘要
为明确大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种对大豆植株生长发育的影响,文章以2020—2021年国家大豆产业技术体系创建的39份大豆轮回选择后代群体为试验材料,在赤峰市农牧科学研究所病圃试验田中进行大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种病害对比分析。结果表明,大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种对大豆株高、主茎节数、底荚高度、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株产量、百粒重及产量有抑制作用,对分枝数有促进作用;使出苗时间、生育期延迟,开花期及成熟期提前。
In order to clarify the effect of race 3 of soybean cyst nematode on the growth and development of soybean plants,thirty-nine progeny populations of soybean recurrent selection established by the National Soybean Industry Technology System from 2020 to 2021 were used as experimental materials,and the disease of race 3 of soybean cyst nematode was compared and analyzed in the disease nursery experimental field of Chifeng Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Research Institute.The results showed that race 3 of soybean cyst nematode disease had an inhibitory effect on soybean plant height,main stem node number,bottom pod height,pod number per plant,seed number per plant,yield per plant,100-seed weight and yield.It could promote the number of branches,delayed the emergence time and growth period,and advanced the floweringand maturity period.
