高蛋白大豆新品种垦科豆28选育与栽培要点

Breeding and Cultivation of New High-Yield and High Protein Soybean Cultivar Kenkedou 28

摘要 垦科豆28原品系代号为垦14-1903,是北大荒垦丰种业股份有限公司与黑龙江省农垦科学院农作物开发研究所于2011年以垦06-309为母本、牡05-105为父本通过有性杂交,经系谱法选育而成的高产、高蛋白、耐涝、抗大豆灰斑病大豆新品种。2017年参加黑龙江省第三积温带东部区品种比较试验;2018―2019年参加黑龙江省区域试验,2年平均产量3161.9 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种合丰51平均增产11.50%;2019年参加黑龙江省生产试验,平均产量2567.9 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种合丰51平均增产9.04%。蛋白质含量43.69%,脂肪含量18.42%。2020年通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号为黑审豆20200039。该品种适宜在黑龙江省第三积温带东部区≥10℃活动积温2400℃区域种植。文章介绍垦科豆28的选育经过、主要特征特性和高产栽培技术,以期为该品种推广和应用提供理论参考。 The original line of Kenkedou 28 with high-yield,high protein,waterlogging tolerance and resistance to frogeye leaf spot in soybean,code named Ken 14-1903,was selected by Beidahuang Kenfeng Seed Industry Co.,Ltd and the Institute of Crop Development of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Reclamation Sciences through sexual hybridization with Ken 06-309 as the female parent and Mu 05-105as the male parent in 2011.In 2017,it participated in the product comparison test in the east of the third accumulated temperature zone of Heilongjiang Province,and participated in the regional test of Heilongjiang Province from 2018 to 2019.The two years average yield was 3161.9 kg/ha,an average increase of 11.50%compared with the control cultivar Hefeng 51.The production test of Heilongjiang Province was conducted in 2019,and the average yield was 2567.9 kg/ha,an average increase of 9.04%over the control cultivar Hefeng 51.The protein content was 43.69%,and the fat content was 18.42%.In 2020,it was approved by the Heilongjiang Province Crop Variety Approval Committee,and the approval number was Heishendou 20200039.The cultivar was suitable for planting in the eastern part of the third accumulated temperature zone in Heilongjiang Province(≥10℃active accumulated temperature 2400℃).This paper introduced the breeding process,main characteristics and high-yield cultivation technology of Kenkedou 28,in order to provide theoretical basis for its popularization and application.
