汽轮机组振动故障处理的决策方法及案例分析 被引量:1

摘要 汽轮机振动故障是机组常见的故障类型,在实际处理过程中,会对转子进行振动监测,然后通过转子动平衡加配重的方式处理。然而对于其他类型振动故障处理,其实际效果不明显,不仅问题没有得到有效的解决,而且花费了不必要的检修费用,最终通过阀序调整的方式解决振动问题。因此,本文针对转子质量不平衡与阀序调整这两种振动处理方法容易混淆的问题,基于现场实际运行数据,提出一种分析方法,辅助技术人员进行决策分析。同时,结合实际案例分析,验证了此方法不仅能够及时、有效地对振动故障进行分析,而且能够选择合适的处理方法,避免无效工作,为企业节省不必要的检修费用,具有一定借鉴意义。 Turbine vibration failure is a common type of failure of the unit.In the actual process,the rotor will be monitored for vibration,and then the rotor will be dynamically balanced and counterweighted.However,for other types of vibration fault handling,the actual effect is not obvious.Not only has the problem not been effectively solved,but also unnecessary maintenance costs are spent.Finally,the vibration problem is solved by adjusting the valve sequence.Therefore,this paper aims at the problem that the two vibration treatment methods of rotor mass imbalance and valve sequence adjustment are easy to confuse,and based on the actual operating data of the site,an analysis method is proposed to assist the technical personnel in the decision-making analysis.At the same time,combined with the actual case analysis,it is verified that this method can not only analyze the vibration failure in a timely and effective manner,but also can select an appropriate treatment method,avoiding invalid work and saving unnecessary maintenance costs for the enterprise,which has certain reference significance.
