摘要
针对燃煤电厂超低排放改造存在改造工程量大、占地空间大、投资成本高的现状,本文对化学反应机理、多相流动机理、流场模拟、塔内件等进行深入的研究分析,摸索出一套适合超低改造的精细化集成技术,并将研究成果应用在某电厂的实际改造工程中,通过工程改造的实际效果来验证精细化集成技术的可行性,为实现真正的节能减排改造提供一种方向。
In view of the status that the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants has large amount of transformation,large space and high investment cost,this paper deeply studies and analyzes the chemical reaction mechanism,multiphase flow mechanism,flow field simulation,tower inner parts and so on,and finds out a set of detailed integration technology suitable for ultra-low transformation.And the research results are applied to the actual transformation project of a power plant,and the feasibility of the detailed integration technology is verified by the actual transformation project,which provides a direction for the realization of the real energy conservation and emission reduction.
